Hey bugs--BITE ME!!, July 20, 2007 By Firefly (New England) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Eureka! Hexagon Screen House (Sports) I'm a single woman pushing 60 with no mechanical skills, and I was able to put this up by myself. In less than 30 minutes I was sitting in it, enjoying a beer and giving the finger to those rotten bugs that wanted to ruin my afternoon. At night I delight in being surrounded by happy little fireflies. I love it!
Just to add, the tent has been through 3 summers now and is still in good shape. I put it up in early spring and take it down in late fall, hosing it down and hanging it on the clothesline until it's completely dry. The poles I just make sure are dry and put back in the box (you're supposed to clean them but I don't). Also enough light gets in so that it doesn't damage the lawn under it (there is no floor).

Hexagon Screen House (Sports) I have had 4 different screen houses before this one. This is by far the best. It is easy to set up and has plenty of room. We live in Maine and sometimes have thunderstorms with gusty winds come thru. All it takes is seconds to unclip and pick up the poles and give them a little twist and the tent drops to the ground till the storm goes thru. Just as quick to set up again. I lost 3 tents before to wind. I won't have to worry about that with this one.

Hexagon Screen House (Sports) I purchased a Eureka Hex Screen House 3 years ago for my wife, we live in the country and the only way I could get her to be outside with me was to get her a screenhouse to sit in. She absolutely loves this screen house, I have been setting it up in the spring every season once the bugs start to appear and leaving it up all summer. The two doors allow easy access to either side and the interior is large enough that her A-Frame swing will fit inside, she relax's bug free and comfortable while I work in the garden. This is a very high quality screen house for the price, since I leave it up throughout the summer it has withstood many gusty storms and never had an issue!!
